1. Service Description

MeetPeeps is an AI-powered platform for human connection. Our AI concierge gets to know you through conversation and uses that understanding to introduce you to people worth meeting — whether you're looking for friends, a romantic partner, creative collaborators, a co-founder, an advisor, or any other kind of meaningful relationship. The AI builds a profile of each user and identifies high-signal introductions based on mutual intent, shared context, and availability.

2. Eligibility

• •You must be at least 18 years of age to use MeetPeeps.
• •You must agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• •You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• •Treat other users with kindness and respect in all interactions.
• •Provide accurate information in your profile and conversations.
• •Not harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users.
• •Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• •Not use the platform for spam, solicitation, or any purpose that harms other users.
• •Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

4. AI, Automation, and Profiling

By using MeetPeeps, you consent to the use of AI to build a profile of your interests, connection intent, communication style, and personal goals, and to use that profile for the purpose of selecting and introducing you to other people.

This is an automated process. You have the right to opt out — if you do, you will not receive AI-generated matches until your profile is reviewed by a human. See our ADMT Opt-Out page and Privacy Policy for details.

We are not responsible for the quality, outcome, or results of any conversation or relationship initiated through MeetPeeps.

5. Privacy

Your use of MeetPeeps is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• •MeetPeeps owns the platform: All software, algorithms, design, and content comprising the MeetPeeps platform are owned by MeetPeeps LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• •You own your data: Personal information and content you provide remains yours. You grant MeetPeeps a limited license to process that data as necessary to deliver the service.

7. Account Termination

You can delete your MeetPeeps account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be retained for 30 days (to allow recovery) and then permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

MeetPeeps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeetPeeps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to MeetPeeps in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration (see Section 10) shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It requires you to resolve most disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the MeetPeeps platform shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California (or by videoconference). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver: You and MeetPeeps agree that any arbitration or litigation will be conducted on an individual basis. Neither party may bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending a written notice to legal@meet-peeps.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of MeetPeeps after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
