Privacy Rights Request
Exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA — right to know, delete, correct, opt out, and more.
As a California resident (and as a general matter of our privacy practices), you have the following rights regarding your personal information held by MeetPeeps. To exercise any of these rights, email us at leedan@meet-peeps.com with the subject line corresponding to your request type. We will respond within 45 days.
Right to Know
Request a copy of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that data, our purposes for using it, and any third parties we have shared it with.

Request deletion of your personal information. Note: deleting your account via Settings will also trigger deletion. We retain data for 30 days after deletion for recovery purposes.

Request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you. For profile corrections, you can also update most fields directly in the Settings page.

Request that we limit use of your sensitive personal information (including AI-inferred attributes such as interests, communication style, and professional context type) to only what is necessary to provide the core service.

Opt out of our automated decision-making (AI matching) system. You can also do this directly on the ADMT Opt-Out page.

You will not be penalized for exercising any of the above rights. Note that opting out of AI matching is a functional change (fewer matches until human review) — not a discriminatory penalty.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
